Shipping policy
Order Processing: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Domestic Shipping (USA): We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping – Delivery in 5–7 business days. Free for orders over $150, otherwise a flat rate of $8.

Express Shipping – Delivery in 2–3 business days. Flat rate $25 (calculated at checkout).
All domestic shipments are fully trackable via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.
International Shipping: Donna Speziatta is pleased to ship internationally to many countries, including Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and more. International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We include necessary customs documentation to facilitate a smooth process, but unfortunately cannot predict or cover these charges.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your Donna Speziatta account on our website to view order status and tracking information anytime.
Delivery Issues: If your package is delayed or you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact us at shipping@donnaspeziatta.com. While delays can sometimes occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs, we will do our best to assist you. If a package is lost in transit or never arrives, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our priority.
Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize there’s a mistake in your address, contact us immediately after ordering and we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.
In-Store Pickup: (If applicable) Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup as we operate exclusively online. All orders will be shipped to the address provided.
