The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 working days from the delivery date.
In case that the reason for the return should not be related to a malfunction/defect of the product but rather to an afterthought/error of the measure chosen, the return costs are at the buyer's expences; he/she can then choose the shipping method he/she prefers.
The refund will be free of charge, will be managed in the shortest time and will occur in any case within thirty days from the delivery date of the return item.
